What if it's not right for the room?
You have 30 days to return anything for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Start a return by replying to your order confirmation email.
How long does the battery last?
Every LUMEN fixture is rechargeable over USB-C. In typical household use a full charge lasts three to six months. A low-battery indicator gives you plenty of warning.
Is it really covered for two years?
Yes. Every fixture carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and electronic faults. Contact us with your order number and we'll repair or replace it.
